The receptionist's unhelpfulness was frustrating, especially when I needed assistance. It's clear the hotel needs to improve guest comfort and communication. renovation chaos only added to the disappointment.

It was just a well-suited match for a day tour in Reynosa with good value for cost. The breakfast had nice serving chilaquiles, which were a tasty surprise. Make sure to check the bridge hours if you're planning to cross into the USA.
